Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states. FREE shipping on all orders in the USA over $150! Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. PST. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends. Orders placed over a weekend are typically processed on the next business day. An order placed by noon PST & 3pm EST is usually processed the same day - 72 hours, though our policy is officially 5 days from receipt of order. 

USA: Free ground shipping for all orders over $150, otherwise your shipping will be calculated at checkout. *Some exceptions may apply!

Alaska & Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping at this time. 

All International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide. DHL orders arrive within approx. 5-10 Business Days for most countries once dispatched.
DHL is a faster and more reliable courier service, and the costs are calculated in the checkout.

We highly recommend choosing DHL shipping at checkout.
Please note all orders shipped via DHL use a Signature on Delivery service. Should you wish to alter your delivery option service, you may do so by contacting DHL once you have received your tracking information. Please note if you provide DHL with authority to leave, you are waiving your right to any form of reimbursement if your order is not delivered, stolen or lost. We do not recommend altering our signature on delivery service for this reason. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally. KDC Shop cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
